~ The music at the retreats sets the tone for Spiritual breakthroughs in our lives. The speakers use the Word of God to bring the truth of their testimonies to life inside each of us. Everyone hears what they need to hear, bringing themselves closer in their relationship with Jesus Christ. The reflection activities that we do at retreats are often the highlight of the trip for many seekers. The retreats form bonds between seekers that just can not be explained. We grow together in Christ. ~

April 21-24 men’s Retreat: What a real blessing! Traveling from Texas to Tennessee to participate was well worth it. A time of searching, healing, sharing, learning and caring. I met a great bunch of men from all kinds of faith backgrounds sharing in the love of Jesus Christ and the desire to see others come to Christ. Others strengthened their faith through hearing God through the many speakers, reflections and hands on projects. The music was inspiring as it sought to bring about an atmosphere inviting the Holy Spirit to bring about a season of renewal through praise and worship through both praise songs and hymns. It was inspirational to hear the many testimonies how others came to know Christ. The retiring the Flag Ceremony was a moment of honesty, trust, commitment and one that touched the heart and soul of every man in attendance. Finally there was the Kings Dinner so appropriate to bring about the mood as to having dinner with our Lord and King when we to shall see Jesus. The staff at Manderley Christian Retreat was second to none and greatly appreciated the effort they put in to make this retreat first rate. Let me encourage men and woman, veterans and first responders alike to take advantage of this wonderful opportunity. Please make a donation today to help defray the cost of holding a beautiful event for all who attend. God Bless hope to see you again!
